No. You can do this program at home, without needing a gym membership, and without using any special equipment. You can do these exercises with items you already have in your house.
However, it does help to have a foam roller, pillow, and table about waist-high for use throughout the program
The significance of your results is obviously very much depending on where you are starting and how many issues you are dealing with. Regardless, I would expect you to notice some difference in the first two weeks of the program.
