Throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to develop as a trainer through many diverse environments and methodologies. Early on in my training career, I was exposed to progressive concepts and principles that helped me achieve success. As a result, my passion for training was ignited at an all-time high. My eyes were opened up to an entirely new way of addressing the human body, and I have carried that knowledge with me throughout my career.
I have trained dozens of first-round draft picks across the major sports in the United States, trained a National Championship-winning baseball team, and countless individual clients who seek to gain muscle, lose fat, and increase performance. As your coach, I will prioritize developing an authentic, meaningful connection with you in your pursuit of individual goals.

For your lifetime! Once you're in, you're in forever. You can revisit anytime if you want a refresher.
The live program will start early February.
No worries! You have indefinite access to the materials, so you could technically go at your own pace in the live course too. It's just that you have the option to attend live in addition to what is described below.
If you have any questions or encounter issues, you can contact me directly at [email protected]. We also have a private Slack channel where you can receive extensive feedback on assessments, exercise recommendations, and client programming, ensuring you can immediately apply what you learn.
This live program starts on February 11.
Call times are at 10 AM Pacific Standard Time Tuesday (Presentation), Thursday (Review Session), and the following Monday (Practical Application Session).
These three calls in that order are what make up a “week” of course content.
If you can’t make those call times work, don’t worry at all! Everything is recorded and uploaded to the course website as soon as the call ends.
And you will have indefinite access to the course materials/videos. So it is entirely possible for you to do this course at your own pace as well.
