Throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to develop as a trainer through many diverse environments and methodologies. Early on in my training career, I was exposed to progressive concepts and principles that helped me achieve success. As a result, my passion for training was ignited at an all-time high. My eyes were opened up to an entirely new way of addressing the human body, and I have carried that knowledge with me throughout my career.
I have trained dozens of first-round draft picks across the major sports in the United States, trained a National Championship-winning baseball team, and countless individual clients who seek to gain muscle, lose fat, and increase performance. For Who Is The Manual Techniques Course?
The Manual Techniques Course is for Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and Manual Therapists who are legally qualified to do hands-on manual techniques. These techniques are designed to help "tougher" clients break through plateaus.
Some clients through injury, body structure, lifestyle, etc have built up large compensatory strategies and stiffness of tissue/joint position to the point where doing non-manual techniques (i.e. the normal exercises I coach or can be done on their own), aren't providing enough input or "opening of space" that the individual needs to make a meaningful change.
These manual techniques are designed to strategically decompress tissue and open up joint space to create a "window of opportunity" so that other non-manual techniques can have more success.
Participants in this course will learn and get detailed videos & instructions on the most important and effective manual techniques that complement the goals of the Biomechanics Course.
They will also get a guide for when exactly to use these techniques and the best non-manual techniques/exercises to follow up these manual techniques with so that there is both short and long-term progress made.
